You can apply for an advance payment against your future pension regardless of the procedures for issuing your pension decision.
It concerns main pensions:

• disability
• transfer due to the death of the pensioner

The amount of the advance is subject to conditions (age limits, working days, etc.).

The granting of an advance does not declare a temporary or definitive retirement, nor does it constitute a pension decision.

Concerns citizens who submit a pension application to e-EFKA, including the NAT, with the exception of citizens who are entitled to or receive an advance pension in accordance with Article 57a of the Code of Civil and Military Pensions.
